Within the “ Test Means and Digital platforms ” domain, our team is in charge of all components development for ground and flight activities, hardware and software !

You will join a team of 10 people with complementary skills, where all members love coding and want to “make code fun again”.

You will be able to spend most of your time to code but as well to learn business activities to become an efficient Flight & ground Test means software designer & developer.

You will be able to work alone or with some team members but always in full collaboration with other colleagues within project structure or our businesses, and will contribute to the Department global technical & architectural roadmap.

You will follow a dedicated personal development plan for both “Functional” and “Technical” skills development, including training, conference attendance, sharing with other entities, benchmarking, partnership with some university and start-up, etc…

- Several designer- developer profiles are expected :

-> To achieve these missions you have at least one of these technical skills:

• Back-office development (JAVA, C/C++, middlewares…)

• Web front-end development (JS/Angular/HTML5/CSS)

• Small web apps & data analytics development (Python)

• Windows Rich-clients development (C#, .NET)

• Real-time & Embedded development (LINUX-RT/C/C++/QT)

- Database knowledge (relational or non-structured)

- English (negotiation level)

- DevOPS & Cloud knowledge is a plus

- Basic knowledge of project management (planning, risks, resources, customer facing, commitment culture) is a plus

Required soft skills:

- Ability and interest for team work

- Good communications and relational skills

- Willingness to learn and discover things ; and to share in return

- Open mindness and positive attitude

- Autonomy, adaptability to integrate innovative and emerging technologies

- Ability to cope with Airbus & Department technology patterns & decisions
